Ambulance Dispatcher
Duties and Responsibilities:
An Ambulance
Dispatcher is responsible for the day to day operations of the Communication
Center. Using the radios, telephone, and any other equipment in the COMM Center
that is necessary for the operation of the Ambulance Department. The
dispatching of ambulances or other equipment that may be necessary for
emergency calls, transfers, or fire department calls.
Salary:
$26,500-$35,400 Annually
Education:
Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED but at
least your high school diploma. In some states programs and courses may be
offered through community and technical colleges, state agencies, professional
organizations or training facilities.
Reflection:
In my opinion this would be a really nice job to have
because all you do is answer calls really , and the pay is alright not the best
but neither the worst. So to me I would like to have this job.
